  How do I log into webmail to access my account?


1. Access the webmail service at
https://webmail.perfora.net

2. You have 3 possibilities to log in to your webmail.

  1. domain name and support password.
    For example:
    Username: www.1and1-sample.com
    Password: mainpwd

  2. e-mail address and mailbox password
    For example:
    Username: john_smith@1and1-sample.com
    Password: mailpwd

  3. mailbox name and mailbox password
    For example:
    Username: m35168943-2
    Password: mailpwd
