How to integrate affiliates links in WebsiteBuilder.


There are 2 options for adding an affiliate link to your WebsiteBuilder website:

Add a Link (without a banner)

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

Click on the Account tab at the top of the page.

2. Click Link & Banners under Affiliate Program.

3. Copy the link.

4. Open the Content window of WebsiteBuilder. Navigate to the page where you want to
insert the link. Enter the text, for example:
"Great prices, great uptime at 1&1 Internet"
Highlight it and click the link icon.

5. Go to Other Web Pages. Enter the affiliate link and click OK.

Add a Clickable Banner or Image

2. You can use your own images. First upload the image of your choice by following
the instructions in FAQ: How to insert images.

3. After the image is inserted, highlight the image and click the link icon. Go to
Other Web pages and enter your affiliate link. Click OK.

Inserting the Link with HTML (Available for WebsiteBuilder Plus)

1. Launch the WebsiteBuilder Plus editor.

2. Copy the following HTML to your clipboard. Please replace the xxxxxxx with your affiliate number:

3. Paste the HTML into the content editor of your WebsiteBuilder website and press [Ctrl] + [v].

4. Select In HTML code and click OK
Note: If you are using Mozilla Firefox hit press [Ctrl] + [v] again to make the OK button selectable.
