Setting up a Forum.


You can set up a page on your website for visitors to exchange opinions on various
topics by setting up a Forum.

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select Basic CGIs from the Website Applications section.


3. Click the arrow next to New and select Forum.

4. Give a name to the project. Click Next.

5. Enter the necessary information. Enter a valid e-mail address. An e-mail will be
sent to this address when someone creates a message in the Forum. Click Next.

6. Choose the design options and click Save.

7. Six links are listed. The 'New Messages' link will be the page where new entries
are filled out. You can copy/paste the link in the html code:

Note: You need to verify that the links that are established are correct. If you have more than one domain, this feature randomly selects one of the domains.
