Setting up a Survey/Poll


1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select Basic CGIs from the Website Applications section.


3. Click the arrow next to New and select Survey.

4. Enter a name for this project. Click Next.

5. Fill in the necessary information. You can view what the survey looks like by
clicking Refresh. Click Next.

6. Choose the design options and click Save.

7. The link is listed. You can copy/paste the link in the html code as follows:
