How to configure 1&1 Chat.


1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select Chat from the Communication Tools section.

3. Click Add to create a new chat.

4. Give a name to the chat set up.
Click Next. A chat must have a unique name to distinguish it from the other chats
in the 1&1 system. The name should contain between 2 to 20 numbers or letters
only.

5. After reading the Terms & Conditions accept then and click Next.

6. Select a chat image of your choice. You can now include the code under
Chat Links (with image) into your HTML code of your website.
