How to create a feedback form?


It is a two stage process. First you have to create a feedback form and then
integrate it into your website in the WebsiteCreator Editor.

Creating the Feedback form:
1. Open WebsiteCreator. Click on Configure extras.

2. Click on Manage feedback forms.

3. Click on Create new feedback form.

4. Choose the fields you want the feedback form to display. Click Save feedback form.

Integrating the Feedback form:
1. Open the WebsiteCreator Editor. Go to the page you want to insert the feedback form. Click Extras -> and select Insert feedback form....

2. Choose the feedback form. Click OK.

3. You can view the feedback form.
