How to insert a Survey form.


1. First setup the Survey under Basic CGI's by following the FAQ:
Setting up a Survey/Poll

2. Launch WebsiteBuilder by following FAQ: How to get to (launch) WebsiteBuilder.

3. Click Content.

4. Navigate to the page you wish to insert the survey form. Click the Extra icon.

5. Select Survey, then highlight the survey form you created and form. Click Integrate.

6. The survey will be displayed.

Note: It's always a good idea to save the changes. Click Save from the main menu.
