Overview


Overview:

When you log in to WebMail you will automatically be taken to the overview page. This
gives you an idea of how many e-mails you have, access to each of the mail folders
(by clicking it) and quick access to some of the other WebMail features.

In the "What would you like to do?" section you have quick access to the most commonly used features.

  Description
 

 

  
                  New E-mail
                
  This will open a new window, into which you can send an e-mail.
 

 

  
                  Add Contact
                
  You can use this to add a contact to your address book.
 

 

  
                  New Folder
                
  This function will allow you to create new mail folders, to help with the 
management of your e-mails. 
 

 

  
                  Settings
                
  You can edit all the settings for your e-mail account here, add signatures, 
change senders name and change the default mail format.  
 

 

  
                  Manage Contacts
                
  This function allows you to update your address book, add new contacts, 
delete & update existing contacts.
 

 

  
                  Manage Folders
                
  With this function you can change the structure of the mail folders, their 
names and create new folders.
