If root access via SSH is disabled, can it be restored?Yes, if root access has been disabled from accessing the server via SSH you can change this setting using the recovery tool: 1. Boot the server in rescue and login 2. Mount the drives 3. Edit the sshd config file: rescue:~# vi /mnt/etc/ssh/sshd_config 4. Change PermitRootLogin no to PermitRootLogin yes 5.
