Your domain transfer request was rejected


You have recently attempted to transfer your domain from another registrar to 1&1. We have initiated the transfer by requesting your current registrar to release the domain over to 1&1.
However, the transfer request was not acknowledged by them and this is the reason you are getting the status “Your domain transfer request was rejected” in your 1&1 Control Panel. To proceed with the transfer, please contact your current registrar and settle matters with them. Once all is settled, you may contact us back and request to restart the transfer.
