The domain transfer is being prepared


We have received your request to transfer your domain to us. Currently, the domain in question is locked with your current registrar. This is the reason you have that domain status in your 1&1 Control Panel.

To continue with the transfer process, you need to contact your current registrar to unlock the domain name. Once the domain has been unlocked please reply to this e-mail so that we may start the transfer process.
