Domain Data Incorrect


A “Domain Data Incorrect” status means that something in the contact details is missing or is entered in a wrong format. Please ensure that all your details are correct especially the phone number format.

You can check or update your domain contact details by following these instructions:

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select Domains from the Basic Settings section.

3. Select the domain name by ticking the box beside it. Click the “Contact” menu and select “Edit all Contact Details”.

4. You can choose the current data by selecting “Use my user data as the Reg-C”, or enter a new address by selecting “Let me use an alternative Reg-C”. Click “Next” after making the changes.

5. At the end of the process click “Submit”. A confirmation will be displayed.
