How do I switch to 1&1 mail servers for my external domain?


To change to 1&1 mail servers, all you have to do is reset the DNS settings.

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select Domains from the Basic Settings section.

3. Select the domain for which you want to modify the mail servers. Click DNS and select Edit DNS Settings.

4. Choose 1&1 mail server under Advanced DNS Settings. Click OK.

5. A confirmation will be displayed.
