Why can't I edit my domain contact details?


The following are the reasons for not being able to edit domain contact details:

1. Domain is still in the process of a transfer.

2. "Domain Setup error". Contact 1&1 Support.

3. It is an External Domain (pointing to 1&1 Name servers). Contact your
current Registrar to change the contact details.
