Can DNS settings be changed while the domain is being registered?


No.

Please do not make any modifications to the DNS Settings until the domain has
been completely registered.

Although the DNS settings can be changed before the registration process is complete,
any changes made to the settings will delay the registration process and cause errors.

Please make sure that the domain's status is listed as "ready" in the Domain Overview
table of your Control Panel.
