Step 3:

Click the New button and select Create Subdomain.

If the Create Subdomain button is grayed out then it is possible that you have already set up the maximum number of subdomains alloted for your package. If you have any subdomains not in use, you should delete them to allow you to create a new subdomain. Please reference How do I delete a subdomain?

Step 4:

Your available subdomains are listed underneath the Create Subdomain header. These are the alloted subdomains left for you to create.

Enter the subdomain into the text box and select a domain from the drop-down box to use for the subdomain.

Click the OK button when finished.

Step 5:

You are taken back to the Domain Overview page where you will see your subdomain. It may take approximately 15 minutes until the subdomain is live.

The subdomain will point to the root of your web space by default. To change which folder should be used to hold files for that subdomain, please reference How do I set up or change a destination for the domain?

To change the IP address that the subdomain should point to, please reference How do I edit/change a domain's IP Address (A record)?
