Adding a feedback form to your web site


To add a Feedback form to your web site follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.

Select Basic CGIs from the Website Applications section.


Step 2: Select the Create a CGI Form button and select Feedback. Select the Next button.



Step 3: Give the feedback a name and click on Next.



Step 4: Next make the basic settings for your feedback. Click on OK.



Step 5: Using the Design Feedback form, you can modify the appearance of the forum to meet the needs of your web page. Select the OK button.



Step 6: Your feedback is now complete. You will see links displayed for the integration of your feedback.
