How to order an SSL Certificate for your domain on shared hosting packages1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page. If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach its Administration page. 2. Select Dedicated SSL from the Order More Features section. ![]() 3. Click Next. ![]() 4. Click Order. ![]() 5. A confirmation is displayed. Click Edit to assign a domain to the SSL Certificate. ![]() 6. Now follow the instructions from point 4 below. Developer MS/Linux Hosting and Managed server come with a free Dedicated SSL. To order it please follow these instructions: 1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page. If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach its Administration page. 2. Select Domains from the Basic Settings section. ![]() 3. Select Dedicated SSL Certificate link located under the list of your domains. ![]() 4. Click Create. ![]() 5. Choose the domain from the drop-down menu. Check the box near www, if you want the certificate enabled for www.domain.com (In this eg: www.1and1faqs.com) ![]() 6. Read the T&C and check the box. Click Set Up. ![]() 7.
