How to install the SSL certificate on the server


1. Log in to your server using Remote Desktop.

2. Open IIS Manager by clicking Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> IIS Manager

3. Expand Web Sites. Right click the domain for which you have to install the
SSL Certificate. Click Properties

4. Go to Directory Security and click Server Certificate.

5. Click Next.

6. Choose Import a certificate from a .pfx file. Click Next.

7. Browse to the directory where you have uploaded the PXF file generated from your
Control Panel. Follow FAQ: How to generate the PFX file? Click Next.

8. Enter the password you created while generating the PFX file. Click Next.

9. Enter port 443. Click Next.

10. All the information is displayed. Click Next.

11. Click Finish.

If you assigned the SSL Certificate to www.your_domain.com, then make sure you add
the header by following the FAQ: What is a host header?
