Problems sending e-mail

Sometimes Internet Service Providers are known to block Port 25. They expect
their customers to use their outgoing servers to send e-mails. There is a way around
this. We have provided an alternate port. It is 587. You can change the port
number in your e-mail client. (Mostly found under Advanced Settings). A few
examples are as follows:

MS OUTLOOK
1. Open MS Outlook. Click Tools -> E-mail Accounts.
