How do I set up spam filtering for an e-mail?


To set up 1&1 Anti-SPAM filtering follow these instructions:

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select E-mail from the Basic Settings section.

3. Select the e-mail and click 1&1 Anti-SPAM.

4. Here you have the choice of turning off spam protection. Otherwise choose between the 1&1 standard settings or configure your own by selecting User defined to display the various options. Once you have finished making configuration changes, click OK.

5. A confirmation is displayed.
