How can I reset the e-mail password?


You can reset the e-mail password in Control Panel or WebMail.

In Control Panel

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select E-mail from the Basic Settings section.

3. Select the e-mail address and click the arrow next to Settings and select
Mailbox/Forward.

4. Choose Modify near Change Password?. Enter the new password. Click Save.

5. A confirmation is displayed.

WebMail (You have to know the current password)

1. Login to WebMail by following the FAQ: How to access 1&1 WebMail

2. Click Change Password from left navigation menu.

3. Enter the current password and the new password. Click Save.
Please make sure the password is between 6-18 characters long.
