How do I send a new e-mail using 1&1 WebMail?1. To write e-mails, log in to 1&1 WebMail at webmail.1and1.com ![]() 2. Access your Inbox by following FAQ: How do I retrieve my e-mail using 1&1 WebMail?. Here click New. 3. A window pops up. a. You can send e-mails to multiple address by separating each e-mail addresses with a comma (,). b. If you have e-mail address in the Address book then click the To button. c. Priority. You have 3 options here High, Normal & Low. This makes no difference to the speed that the e-mail gets sent, but is an indication to the recipient as to how important the e-mail is. d. Format. In it's most basic this is whether or not the e-mail has formatting, such as Fonts, Colors, Sizes & Images etc. 'HTML' will give you a formatted e-mail where as 'Text-Only' will be in plain text. e. In the field labeled 'Text' enter the main text of your e-mail. If you choose Text-Only the formatting bar will be greyed out, however if you pick HTML you will have all the formatting options available. If you choose to go from HTML to Text-Only all the formatting will be lost. f. You can attach a file by clicking Browse and selecting the attachment. Then click Upload. g. Once you have completed your e-mail, click Send button to send the e-mail out, Save as Draft to save for later or Cancel. ![]() |
