What level of support do you provide for total beginners?


If you have any questions regarding our services, we have a professional support team
who will be glad to answer your questions by e-mail; we generally respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

Customers with paid packages may call our 24/7 tech support line, listed in the Help & Contact
section of the Control Panel.

Total beginner? 1&1 offers several packages geared towards novice users with
little or no prior computer experience. Our support team is always on hand to help.
