What information do I need to begin the order process?


You will need to provide the following information to sign up for 1&1 services:

1. Full name

2. Company name (only necessary if you are a registered U.S. or Canadian company)

3. Complete address (house or apartment number, street, city/county, zip or postal code. P.O.
boxes are not valid and will not be accepted by the ordering system)

4. Valid telephone number (We use this number to verify your application. Toll-free numbers
and numbers outside the U.S. and Canada cannot be used)

5. Valid e-mail address
