Custom error pages in Microsoft shared hosting packages.



You can create custom error pages as follows:

Create different files for different error messages, like
error403.html
error404.html
error500.html

Then place these files in the root of your webspace. Never place these files in a
sub directory. It takes about 15-30 minutes for these custom error pages to work.
Note: Only .html extension is recognized as a custom error page on our shared
servers.
