Why am I getting a 403 error when I go to my website?

A 403 error message on your site means that the webserver is pointing to a folder
and there is no file or home page (listed below) and as such the webserver does not
know what to do and returns this status.

The server looks in the folder for the first page to display when the domain name
is entered and if this exists will then show the site.
