Why did the user name I setup for a person on SharePoint Web say it is already in use?




User names must be unique within the server. If a user name is already in use on
another SharePoint Web, you will not able to use it. If the name you would like to
use, is already taken, please try different combinations of the user's first and
last name or include numbers to distinguish them.
