How do I make a backup of my 1&1 web content?


This will explain how to backup your web content to your home computer using Internet Explorer as an FTP client.

1. Open Internet Explorer and type ftp://justonedomain.com
Replace justonedomain.com with your domain name.

2. Type in your FTP user name and password.

3. You will now see all of your web content.

4. You can drag and drop your files to back them up onto your computer.
