1.Step:

Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at:
https://admin.1and1.com
If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.

2.Step:

Select FTP Account from Basic Settings or Web Space & Access section.
|

3.Step:

Click on New User.
|
|
4.Step:
|
Complete the user name to distinguish this account from other FTP accounts. Enter a password and repeat it to confirm it was entered correctly. You can choose an existing directory or create a new one for this FTP account. Click on Save.

5.Step:
|
A confirmation is displayed. After 30 minutes you can FTP using the newly created
user name and password.
