How to create a new FTP Account in Microsoft Package


Note: Not all accounts come with this feature.

1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com

If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page.
If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach
its Administration page.


2. Select FTP Account from Basic Settings or Web Space & Access section.

3. Click on New User.

4. The user name is already generated. Enter a password (7-18 characters long) and repeat it to confirm it was entered correctly.
You can choose an existing directory or create a new one for this FTP account. Click on Save.

5. A confirmation is displayed.
